Accuracy and accountability
Corrections Policy
Fight cards and schedules change, and errors can occur. This policy explains how to report a possible error and how Fight Bouts handles corrections.
Effective date: August 2, 2026
Report an error
Email hello@fightbouts.com with the subject line “Correction request.” Please include:
- The URL of the Fight Bouts page containing the possible error
- A clear description of what appears to be incorrect
- A reliable source supporting the requested correction
- Your name and relationship to the subject, when relevant
Please do not send confidential or sensitive information unless it is necessary to evaluate the request.
How requests are reviewed
Fight Bouts reviews the page, the information originally relied upon, and any reliable supporting source supplied with the request. A request does not guarantee a change or removal when the published information is accurate, newsworthy, and appropriately sourced.
When a material factual error is confirmed, Fight Bouts aims to correct it promptly. The time required can vary when facts are disputed or additional verification is needed.
Corrections and updates
A significant correction may be explained on the affected page when appropriate. Minor spelling, formatting, grammar, or clarity changes may be made without a correction note.
A fight card, venue, start time, broadcast plan, ranking, or result may change after publication. Updating a page to reflect a later official development is an update rather than necessarily a correction of the earlier information.
